Executive Directors

Mr. Siu Ming Law

Executive Director, Co-Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Law is our executive Director, co-chairman of our board of directors, chief executive officer and one of our founders. He founded our Group in April 2011 together with Mr. Chu and was appointed as our Director on March 8, 2018. Mr. Law is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of our restaurants and formulating the overall business strategies and plannings of our Group. He will begin serving as a member of the compensation and nomination committees immediately upon the Company's listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

Mr. Law has about 40 years of management and supervisory experience:

• From 1973 to 1995: Supervisor at Federal Hardware Store

• From 1995 to 2000: Owner of Cherish Trading Co

• From 2005 to 2010: Manager at Break Through Snooker Club

Mr. Law completed his secondary education in Hong Kong in 1978 and was awarded the fellowship of Asian College of Knowledge Management in 2018.

Mr. Tak Wah Chu

Executive Director & Co-Chairman

Mr. Chu is our executive Director, co-chairman of our board of directors and one of our founders. He founded our Group in April 2011 together with Mr. Law and was appointed as our Director on March 8, 2018. Mr. Chu is responsible for formulating our overall business development strategies and making major business decisions. He will begin serving as a member of the compensation and nomination committees immediately upon the Company's listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

Mr. Chu has about 10 years of experience in management and strategic business development:

• Since January 2014: Director of Tak Sang Jewellery and Goldsmith (MK) Limited

• Since January 2014: Director of Tak Sang Jewellery and Goldsmith Limited

• Since January 2014: Director of Tak Sang Holdings Limited

Mr. Chu completed his secondary education in Hong Kong in 1986.

Mr. Fuk Yuen Bernie Suen

Independent Director

Mr. Suen has over 26 years of experience in the assurance and corporate advisory industry:

• Since March 2015: Director of Rodgers Reidy (Hong Kong) Ltd

• Since February 2009: Director of Adams Miller Management Limited

• July 1997 to July 2000: Senior Advisor at Arthur Andersen & Co

• July 2000 to March 2001: Supervisor at CWCC CPA Limited

• March 2001 to May 2004: Audit Insolvency Staff at Kenny Tam & Co.

Mr. Suen graduated from Hong Kong Shue Yan University with an Honors diploma in Accounting in 1998 and obtained a Master of Accounting from Curtin University in 2007. He is a fellow C.P.A. member of the Association of Hong Kong Accountants since March 2003 and a fellow member of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong since November 2004.

Mr. Suen had been involved in one litigation as the defendant with allegations of making defamatory statements concerning the liquidation of a Hong Kong company. The case was settled in 2022 on a without admission of liability basis, and we understand that the said litigation did not involve elements of fraud or other related crimes nor is otherwise related to our Group.

Ms. Lai Hung Li

Professional Experience:

• 2009 to 2014: Head Teacher at Zenith International Education Foundation

• Since 2017: Unit Manager and Financial Planner at Manulife (International) Limited

Ms. Li graduated from Jinan University, Guangzhou with a Bachelor's degree in International Journalism in 2009.

Ms. Suk Yee Jackey Chu

Independent Director

Professional Experience:

• Since 2009: Senior Principal Account Manager at Centaline Property Agency Limited

• Since November 2020: Director of Tasty Creation Limited

Ms. Chu completed her higher education with a certificate of Advanced Fashion Design and Clothing at Vocational Training Council in Hong Kong in 1988, and was further awarded with the Certificate in Knitwear Processing and Merchandising in 1990.

Mr. Pak Kin Ken Chan

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Chan has been our Chief Financial Officer since September 7, 2023. He joined First Grade as our financial controller since March 2018, and is primarily responsible for overseeing our financial, accounting, taxation and banking matters.

Professional Experience:

• August 2005 to March 2007: Financial Controller at Hong Kong Cuilong Copper Industry International Company Limited

• July 2007 to November 2017: Financial Controller and Company Secretary at Changtian Plastic & Chemical Limited

Mr. Chan obtained a Bachelor of Business at Monash University in Australia and a Masters in Corporate Governance at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is currently a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Chan is also an associate member of the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute.
